Booking terms

Bookings and payments

• All bookings are paid through a secure payment link (credit or debit card). Prices in Chilean pesos, tax included.
• Cabins and 4x4: confirmed with a 30% deposit of the total; the balance is paid on arrival or at pick-up.
• Experiences, e-bikes, kayaks and massages: full payment when booking.
• An unpaid booking is released automatically when the payment link expires.

Cancellation policy

Experiences cancelled due to weather (rafting when the river floods, kayaks when the lake is choppy): free rescheduling or a 100% refund.

Accommodation

• 2-night minimum in all cabins.
• Check-in from 15:00 to 21:00 (let us know if later); check-out at 11:00. Late check-out until 14:00 for $20,000 CLP, subject to availability.
• Maximum 6 guests per cabin. Larger groups or events are arranged directly with the owners.
• Children under 4 stay free. Free crib.
• Pets only in Cabaña Ulmo: one maximum, $10,000 CLP per stay.
• Firewood for the stove is included for the whole stay.

Experiences

• Per-person prices; children under 4 go free on Petrohué and the hot springs.
• Rafting: ages 12 and up, able to swim and not pregnant.
• Limited spots per departure; the meeting point is the lodge reception 10 minutes before.
• Petrohué and the hot springs run rain or shine.

Mobility

• Pick-up and return at the lodge from 09:00 to 18:00 with at least 2 hours notice. Delivery in Puerto Varas ($15,000 CLP) or El Tepual Airport ($45,000 CLP) charged per leg.
• E-bikes from age 16; helmet and lock included; the rider is liable for damage unless insurance is taken ($5,000 CLP per day).
• Kayaks only when the lake is calm; life jackets are mandatory.
• 4x4 from age 23 with a valid license. Unlimited mileage, insurance with deductible, full tank at pick-up and return.
• Each rental day corresponds to 24 hours started.

Wellness

• Massages in 60-minute slots between 10:00 and 19:00, booked 24 hours in advance.
• Time changes subject to the therapist's availability.
